I've lived here for six months and I completely love it. The apartment is updated, common areas are exceptionally clean, and if there's ever a maintenance problem it's responded to almost immediately. The area is set back from the main road enough to feel private, and everyone who lives here is quiet and respectful. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
I lived here for a year during grad school and really loved the place. They keep up with the maintenance and it was very clean. I really loved having access to the pool and the fitness room as well. The staff is friendly and whenever I had a problem, it was almost always taken care of within a matter of hours. Highly recommended, especially for UNH students. It's a short commute to campus, and it's close to all the stores in Dover.
I lived at Windshire Gardens for close to 10 years. The most prominent thing that sticks in my memory is how well managed and maintained this apartment community is. It's a very quiet community; well behaved neighbors. The soundproofing of the walls are excellent. The management does a fantastic job at maintaining the buildings; and are always proactive and ahead of the curve with preventative maintenance.
Property manager is VERY attentive to property and ensuring all rules are followed. Common areas are kept very clean and painted regularly to cover up scuff marks- maintenance is awesome and has always taken care of any issue that may arise from an appliance breakdown to a more major issue.
